Olga Prufeta, Vice Chairman
Founding member Olga Prufeta currently holds appointments as Senior Managing Director of Medical Excellence International, LLC and Vice Chairman of Medical Excellence, Inc. (Europe). She co-developed the Russia and Eastern Europe markets, beginning in 2009 and has been instrumental in developing key industry relationships in China for Medical Excellence International. Prior, from 1995-2009, Olga was a pioneering member of Russia's finance industry, beginning as an Analyst at Pioneer Securities – a Russian unit of Pioneer First Boston Mutual Fund and rising to Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Fleming Family & Partners Asset Management (Russia). In 2009 she was elected by her industry peers and honored by RBC Media Group as Russia's top Strategist.
Mrs. Prufeta is a graduate of the Financial University under Russian Federation Government and has a graduate degree from the Moscow Pedagogical State University. She also held the position of Teacher at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Russia (MGIMO).
Annabel Stoddart, Head of U.K.
Annabel has over 15 years worth of experience initially within Financial Services and in a Family Office environment. She led an office supporting one of the world’s most prominent families in every aspect of their lives. Annabel joined Medical Excellence in January 2019 heading up the UK operation and will continue her work there whilst also assisting in Medical Excellence Capital.
Maria Skalozub, Manager of Operations, Europe
Maria Skalozub began her career as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Korpus Prava, Hong Kong. She joined Medical Excellence International in 2015 as an Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman, Olga Prufeta, helping her to develop strategies promoting MEI products in the Russian market. She then moved to Belgium with her family to assume the position of Manager of European Operations at Medical Excellence International. Ms. Skalozub also serves as a MEI Personal Health Advisor, responsible for managing all medical and non-medical operations and archives in the US, Europe, and Russia.
Maria graduated from Institute of Practical Oriental Studies (IPV) in Moscow, Russia and earned her degree in Chinese Language and Culture in 2012. Ms. Skalozub is a Certified Nursing Assistant. She is a fluent speaker of Russian, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
Anna Malyutina Regional Director, Russia
Anna Malyutina is Regional Director and Head of Business Development for the Russian market. Anna began her career as a Project and Finance Manager at the World Trade Center, Alaska. She organized and led a delegation of representatives from major Alaskan companies to develop opportunities at the annual Oil and Gas conference in Sakhalin, Russia. She moved with her family to Moscow and continued her careers a Tax Consultant at Deloitte. Anna was recruited to Salym Petroleum Development as a Manpower Accountant in 2008. Anna joined team Medical Excellence as a Regional Director, and is now responsible for business development and leading Member support for the Russian market.
Anna graduated from Northern International University in Magadan, Russia and subsequently received her graduate degree from University of Alaska Anchorage.
Aileen Zhong, Vice President of Operations and Finance
Aileen Zhong joined Medical Excellence International (MEI) as the Vice President of Finance & Operations. In this position, Ms. Zhong is responsible for the company’s priority development projects, as well as overseeing finance and accounting. She is additionally responsible for developing key work flows and projects, and ensuring they are well organized, staffed and coordinated.
Ms. Zhong has broad experience in USA and China across several industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. Prior to joining Medical Excellence International, Ms. Zhong had held management positions at Cooper Industries Inc. and Pall Corporation, both are global leaders in their industries. While worked for Cooper Industries Inc., Ms. Zhong had helped the company define and set up a complex legal structure in Greater China and Asia as a platform for the business expansion in the region. She also built up a full functioned finance organization and developed a comprehensive financial and accounting system from scratch to support the company’s fast growth.
Ms. Zhong earned her Master’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from University of Toledo in Ohio. She also holds an MBA from Washington University at St. Louis. Ms. Zhong is a Certified Public Accountant in USA.
